The lovely people at Mind have come up with a mental health hub for teenagers which is worth exploring. It covers many topics, from how to deal with major life stresses, to tips for getting better sleep and ideas for boosting your self-esteem.
Mind also offers advice on taking the first steps to getting help if you think you have a mental health problem.
The Students Against Depression website is a place you can visit if you’re feeling depressed, stressed or suicidal. Click on the page that’s closest to how you’re feeling, and you’ll find videos and other useful stuff that will help you find a way through.
