Get the support you need 

Whatever you’re dealing with, you don’t have to deal with it alone.

In the first instance, please talk to an adult you trust. Sharing that you are struggling or worried about how you are feeling is the best way to keep yourself safe.

On this website, you’ll find advice that can help, whether you’re having suicidal thoughts, are worried about someone else, or have lost someone to suicide. 

Be proud of yourself – looking for support means you’re one step closer to things getting better.
