Coping with a suicide takes a lot out of you. What you are dealing with is hard, so try to be kind to yourself.

Doing things to take care of your body and mind, even if those things are simple and small, can ease some of the pain you are feeling. Below you will find tips and advice on taking care of yourself during this difficult time.
