Peer support for people experiencing suicidal thoughts or planning for suicide, safe planning, completion of written safe plans and holistic peer support for creating hope.
Role modelling recovery from suicidal thoughts and mental health challenges.
Creating shared understanding through peer support that people can and do recover from suicidal thoughts.

Sundays 9am-5pm
