We are proud to be a trusted resource for anyone seeking to improve their mental wellbeing, offering a confidential, safe and welcoming space for all who need support.

Counselling Services: Our team of trained counsellors provides up to 12 sessions of counselling for both adults and young people. We’ve extended our reach to provide services across seven school clusters, ensuring young people can access support when needed. People with trauma can access up to between 16-18 sessions.
Adult Recovery College: As Scotland's first independent recovery college, this service offers group courses designed to help individuals manage their mental health and build long-term resilience.
Young People’s Recovery College: This service offers tailored group courses for children and young people aged 8 to 18. These courses provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to help young people open up about their mental health, understand their emotions, and develop resilience.
Peer Support Hub: The Peer Support Hub connects individuals with peer support workers who have lived experience of mental health and recovery. This impactful support provides practical guidance and hope to those navigating mental health challenges.
