Support, advice and guidance. Support can be provided face to face, online, over the phone or via our text based options. From early intervention to crisis support.
Hours available
Text-based support - 365 days a year.
Sundays to Thursdays - 6pm-10pm.
Fridays and Saturdays - 7pm to 7am.
Appointments - 7 evenings a week in different locations: 6pm - 10pm and some afternoon appointments on Fridays.

Age ranges
Adults and Young People - Predominantly from 11 years upwards, but support younger children when there is need to do so.

Self referral, referral via a family/friend, GP, social worker, school, workplace.
Services are free of charge.
We also provide a peer support Menopause support group, both a face to face option in Inverness and an online option for those further afield. These are held on Thursday evenings.
