Specific services

We deliver a campaign called Creating Hope in our Community.
Within it we deliver training;
to improve the confidence and capacity of the community to support people struggling with mental health or who are suicidal.
We also provide:

Podcasts featuring topics around suicide & self-harm
1 to 1 support

Hours available

Mainly 9-5 although some additional activities aimed at reducing social isolation are outside of these hours

Additional information

Our work in this area is predominantly focused on supporting people before they reach that crisis point. We are working to help bring all of the community together to bring a collective approach to mental wellbeing and suicide prevention. This includes charities, community groups, residents, businesses and services.
