Falkirk's Mental Health Association (FDAMH) offer a wide range of services and training relating to supporting people who are experiencing reduced mental wellbeing, all focussed on early intervention and prevention, including suicide prevention.

Different services offer different opening hours, but can be as often as 365 days a year.

Our core services are open, as follows:
Mon to Thu 9am to 5pm and Fri 9am to 4pm, however a range of evening appointments are offered.
