Specific services
Edinburgh Crisis Centre supports Edinburgh residents, over the age of 16 years who are experiencing a mental health crisis or distress.
We also support carers of those in mental health crisis.
The service is contacted through the helpline, text or email service and emotional and practical support is provided.
Through these contact methods an in-person or virtual appointment can be made, usually same day.
During an appointment, the option of an extended stay at our centre of up to 24 hours can be discussed.
