Falkirk Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing Service provides early and preventative support to children and young people aged 5 - 26 who may be struggling with issues such as maintaining healthy and positive relationships, staying safe online, low self-esteem and poor body image.

The service also offers parenting support for children and young people of all ages.

Our core hours are 9-5, however we work with young people flexibly throughout the week.

Our services can be accessed by self-referral, and referral from schools and health professionals.

Our services are free of charge.
