We offer counselling and play therapy to help children, young people, and adults, struggling with any aspect of mental health, including suicidal thoughts.
We do NOT have an emergency helpline.

Contact can be made by email and by phoning 0141 471 7272 in order to refer to our face to face counselling service.

Services are accessed by self-referral.

Our counselling service costs £40 per session to meet with a fully qualified counsellor.

We have limited funding to offer 8 free sessions to children and young people, when families struggle to meet the financial commitment.

We also offer family counselling services in Falkirk.
